Always Best Care Senior Services - seeking Registered Nurses with a strong clinical background and a heart for senior care. As part of our home health team, you'll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes-all while enjoying flexibility, independence, and a supportive team behind you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs

• Provide 1:1 nursing care per individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and injections per physician's orders

• Document care accurately in patient charts

• Educate patients and their families on healthy habits, medications, and follow-up care

• Collaborate with physicians, family members, and care teams

• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and health protocols during home visits

• Be ready to respond with sound clinical judgment in emergency situations

• Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with patients and families

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Active RN license in Hawai'i

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (home health preferred)

• Excellent clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage field-based assignments

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable

• Strong understanding of health and safety guidelines, emergency care, and nursing procedures

• BSc or diploma from an accredited nursing program
