Job Description

Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RT)Location: Great Falls, Montana

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a reputable healthcare facility in Great Falls, Montana, to find a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RT). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment where your skills can make a significant impact.

Job Description:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients with respiratory illnesses or breathing difficulties

  • Perform diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function testing and arterial blood gas analysis

  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams

  • Educate patients and families on proper techniques for managing respiratory conditions

  • Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment

  • Provide emergency care as needed, including CPR and life-saving interventions

  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) licensure in Montana

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

  • Experience in an acute care setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
