Job Description
Facility: University of Vermont Medical Center
Comments And Notes: Must start 5/04 - Assignment for 16-32 weeks
- Travel Rate:Radius: : 51-100 miles Local: : 50 miles or less " Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance RRT Inpatient: Adult ICU & ED, and NICU level III required
- PICU is preferred. Weekends as needed, no call, schedule flexibility is a must. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements: " BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required; NRP required upon submission " Must be RRT, will not accept CRT " A minimum of 1 year of experience " Please list NICU levels in work hx " Prior travel is preferred " Teaching hospital experience required " All specialties the HCP worked need to be well documented on each individual employment entry " Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended " Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April.
