  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements and enterprise-level optimizations
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Compliance, WM leadership, and Enterprise stakeholders to ensure seamless framework adoption

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Baseline Understanding of U.S. securities regulations impacting WM, with a foundational knowledge of WM products, strategies, and activities
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; strong organizational and project management capabilities with proven ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
  • Technical proficiency in process tracking and efficiency tools; capable of working independently and collaboratively while making sound, time-sensitive decisions
  • Advisory capability to assess RCM requirement applicability to WM and provide timely, accurate guidance to WM leadership and stakeholders

What are nice-to-haves

  • RBC organizational knowledge including familiarity with RBC's diverse business divisions and operating structure
  • RCM platform experience with hands-on exposure to RCM systems and tools

What’s in it for you?

  • Professional growth through mentorship from experienced leaders and exposure to complex, high-stakes compliance challenges across integrated divisions
  • Collaborative environment working alongside dynamic, progressive teams invested in your development and success
  • Competitive Total Rewards including comprehensive benefits, competitive compensation and bonuses opportunities
  • Meaningful contribution to RBC's mission of helping clients thrive and communities prosper through your expertise and dedication
