  • Prepare and manage regulatory reporting across federal, state, and international programs
  • Maintain and update compliance data within systems such as WERCSmart, Assent, iFord, OEM portals, etc.
  • Support Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting and related environmental compliance programs
  • Manage VOC, PFAS, REACH, TSCA, SARA, and other chemical regulatory disclosures
  • Keep our documentation and reporting systems sharp, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and product development to make compliance a competitive advantage.
  • Stay ahead of new regulations and help us adapt proactively.
  • Assist with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) creation and label reviews.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years in regulatory compliance/reporting.
  • Sharp eye for detail, organized, and unshakable under deadlines.
