JOB TITLE: Regulatory ParalegalJOB TYPE: ContractLOCATION: Remote; candidates must be local to the King of Prussia, PA area and available to attend occasional onsite meetings as neededSTART DATE: August/September 2026SHIFT: Monday–Friday, First Shift We are seeking a Regulatory Paralegal to support a corporate legal and compliance function with filings, research, document preparation, and legal matter administration. This position partners closely with attorneys on complex regulatory and compliance work while helping ensure that submissions, records, and deadlines are handled accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, assemble, and electronically submit legal and regulatory filings, along with related exhibits, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
- Support attorneys with regulatory proceedings, compliance matters, litigation activities, and other time-sensitive legal assignments.
- Research statutes, regulations, agency guidance, and case-related issues, then prepare concise memoranda, summaries, and reports.
- Maintain organized legal files, matter records, dockets, and document repositories to support accurate retrieval and reporting.
- Track filing deadlines, agreement dates, procedural milestones, and the status of active legal and regulatory matters.
- Review filing materials for completeness, consistency, formatting, and adherence to applicable submission requirements.
- Monitor external proceedings, filings, hearings, and decisions, and communicate relevant developments to the legal team.
- Assist with investigations, discovery, witness preparation, committee materials, and other attorney-directed legal support.
- Two to five years of relevant paralegal experience in a corporate legal department, government agency, or similarly regulated environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or a related discipline, or an Associate's degree combined with at least five years of corporate paralegal experience.
- Paralegal certificate or a minimum of four years of directly related professional experience.
- Practical experience preparing, reviewing, organizing, and electronically submitting legal or regulatory documents.
- Background supporting regulatory, compliance, litigation, or other deadline-driven legal matters.
- Strong legal research and writing capabilities, including the preparation of memoranda, summaries, reports, and draft legal documents.
- Proven ability to manage legal records, deadlines, matter tracking, and multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency with electronic filing platforms, legal technology, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with attorneys and internal stakeholders.
