Join Our Team as a Rehab Tech
Support Rehabilitation Services with Purpose and Teamwork
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Tech to join our in-house therapy team! In this role, you will support the therapy department and facility operations by assisting with administrative duties, maintaining compliance, and providing support to patients and staff. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.
Your Impact as a Rehab Tech
In this role, you will:
Complete clerical, patient, and team member-related duties to support therapy operations
Perform clerical work as directed, including computerized documentation and tracking
Answer and direct phone calls and provide general support to visitors
Develop and maintain organized filing systems
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including obtaining physician signatures and managing quarterly screens per State and CMS guidelines
Coordinate therapy schedules with nursing and other departments as needed
Assist patients, clients, and team members with questions or needs
Support communication and collaboration across departments
Participate in department and facility meetings as assigned
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
Help maintain adequate stock of supplies and equipment
Participate in facility performance improvement programs
Report any unusual incidents to the Administrator
Respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
Demonstrate a positive attitude and team-oriented approach at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
Note: Rehab Techs may assist with treatments only under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist, in accordance with Medicare regulations and state law.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Is a High School graduate or equivalent
Holds a CNA certification (if required by state law)
Has strong organizational and multitasking skills
Communicates effectively and works well in a team environment
Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting
