Job Description

SCOPE OF WORK

Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality rehabilitation services under the supervision of a therapist. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team. Performs clerical, maintenance and cleaning duties related to the operation of the department. Provide support for unit based operations under the direct supervision of the Therapy Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead.

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

Required High School Diploma or equivalent

6 months of relevant experience Preferred
Successful completion of competency based and on the job training orientation program Required

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
LIC-Driver's License- STATE_MI State of Michigan SHCC - NRS - HC - RehabUpon Hire required
