Lenahan Chiropractic is seeking a focused, detail-oriented Rehabilitation Assistant to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in exercise science who wants hands-on experience in a structured, high-performance clinical environment.This is not a passive role. You will be actively working with patients throughout your shift, guiding rehabilitation exercises and assisting with spinal remodeling protocols designed to improve posture and restore spinal alignment.What You Will Do

You will work directly with patients under doctor supervision to guide rehabilitation exercises and assist with traction and spinal remodeling protocols. This is a hands-on position requiring full attention to patient care and adherence to established clinical systems.Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises, ensuring proper form and safety
• Set up and manage spinal rehabilitation and traction equipment as directed
• Monitor and document patient progress from visit to visit and report findings tothe doctor
• Instruct patients on proper use of spinal orthotic devices for home care
• Assist patients between the waiting area and rehabilitation room to maintainefficient flow
• Communicate patient concerns or changes to the doctor and front desk team
• Maintain accurate rehabilitation documentation in patient charts
• Keep the rehabilitation area clean, organized, and fully prepared at all times
• Follow established clinical systems and protocols without deviation

QualificationsEducation (Preferred):

• Exercise Science
• Kinesiology
• Health Sciences

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured protocols
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, systems-driven clinical environment
• Ability to assist patients physically when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to assist patients with movement and positioning

Compensation & Benefits

• $24/hour
• 50% employer contribution toward health insurance

Schedule (~29 hours/week to start)

• Monday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM & 2:15 PM - 6:30 PM
• Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM & 2:15 PM - 6:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM & 2:15 PM - 6:30 PM
