Job Description
The Rehab Therapies Supervisor will provide administrative support to the Rehabilitation Therapies department under the direction of the Director. The position will require maintaining a clinical load in conjunction with assigned administrative tasks. These tasks may include: policy/procedure development, quality improvement efforts, revenue cycle development, education and other assigned duties.
The supervisory responsibilities of this position include assisting the Director in the planning and directing of the daily operational activities of the Rehabilitation Therapies department. Successful incumbent should be able to work on collaboration between therapies in the promotion of interdisciplinary care.
The Supervisor must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem solve, and exercise initiative and judgement with good background knowledge in the management of rehabilitation therapy services. The Supervisor implements operational decisions within the limits of policy and procedure and budgeted FTE's; will handle the scheduling of staff including as directed by the director; and will assist the Director in planning and organizing the department.
Compensation
Hourly Wage Range: $47.27-$60.51. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
