Job Description

At Caring Transitions, we help families navigate some of life's most significant transitions with compassion, respect, and practical support. Whether assisting seniors who are downsizing, relocating, or managing an estate transition, our goal is to make a challenging process easier for everyone involved.

  • Increase community awareness of Caring Transitions services through ongoing outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Attend networking events, community programs, and local business gatherings as a company representative.
  • Follow up consistently with contacts to nurture partnerships and remain a trusted local resource.
  • Identify opportunities to connect families with services that can help simplify major life transitions.
  • Track outreach activity and maintain organized communication with referral partners.

Ideal Candidate

  • Enjoys networking and building authentic professional relationships.
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with a wide variety of people.
  • Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Has excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Appreciates meaningful work that positively impacts local families.
  • Experience in senior services, healthcare, real estate, community outreach, or relationship management is helpful but not required.
  • Has reliable transportation and is comfortable attending meetings and events throughout the service area.

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time schedule.
  • Competitive hourly pay starting at $22-$26, plus performance incentives.
  • Opportunity for professional growth and expanded responsibilities.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of local families.

Local candidates only. We proudly serve Chester, Cobalt, Colchester, Cromwell, Killingworth, Salem, Durham, East Haddam, Haddam, Higganum, Meriden, Middlefield, Middletown, Moodus, Portland, Rockfall, Amston, Hebron, East Berlin, Glastonbury, Berlin, New Britain, Rocky Hill, South Glastonbury, Wethersfield, East Hampton, and Marlborough.

If you're looking for a flexible position where you can build relationships, engage with your community, and help families during important life transitions, we'd love to hear from you.
