Job Description

Serves as the operational synchronization lead for the BMx Agile Release Train and is responsible for coordinating execution across all product teams, shared-services functions, release activities, dependency management efforts, and Program Increment operations. The RTE ensures Agile execution remains synchronized across FMxC2, IMDS/IMDS-MSM, FEM, PAMS, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud migration, integration, testing, and operational support functions.

The RTE facilitates PI Planning, ART Sync, dependency resolution, Inspect-and-Adapt activities, operational metrics reviews, and release coordination activities while maintaining visibility into backlog health, sprint predictability, migration sequencing, sustainment demands, and operational risks. The RTE continuously evaluates cross-team impacts that could affect release stability, operational readiness, cloud migration sequencing, or mission support continuity.

This role is critical within BMx because modernization, sustainment, cloud migration, cybersecurity remediation, and operational support activities occur simultaneously across tightly integrated mission systems supporting live maintenance and PMEL operations.
