Join our team to spearhead the development of a robust facility-wide reliability program with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and compliance. Engage with cross-functional teams involving Maintenance, Production, and Engineering to enhance the reliability and maintainability of both new and existing equipment. Lead initiatives targeting improvements in reliability, maintainability, and failure resolution across various domains, including machinery, utilities, and safety systems. Design and refine maintenance strategies focusing on proactive and innovative practices such as predictive maintenance and non-destructive testing. Critically analyze recurring equipment failures to devise cost-effective, quality-improving solutions while maintaining compliance. Offer technical guidance for troubleshooting equipment challenges and spearhead training sessions to enhance the expertise of our Maintenance team.
