What does Remanufacturing Technician II do at Swire Coca-Cola?As a Remanufacturing Technician II, you will play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing Coca-Cola coolers and fountain equipment to extend their lifecycle, improving supply chain and reducing environmental impact. As technician II, you play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing beverage equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets or exceeds industry standards. You will be responsible for repairing/replacing parts of the equipment enabling it to operate like new. This position offers excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth.Responsibilities:

Perform necessary repairs or replacements of worn or damaged parts, including the replacement of seals, gaskets, and electrical componentsImplement strict quality control measures to guarantee the performance and reliability of remanufactured equipment. Use precision instruments to verify accuracyReassemble fountain beverage equipment, ensuring all parts are correctly aligned, fastened, and sealed. Follow manufacturer guidelines for assembly proceduresGeneral bodywork on the equipment, including sanding, masking, and decal applicationMaintain accurate records of all work performed and accurately create and complete work orders to support equipment salesInspect all components for wear, damage, or defects. Conduct tests and diagnostics to identify any issues and document findingsMaintain a professional work environmentPerforms other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredLift up 50lbs repetitivelyAbility to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power toolsPrevious experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirableKnowledge of electrical systems and componentsMechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipmentAbility to work effectively in a team and follow established proceduresWilling to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment
