Job Description

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Detailed cleaning of homes damaged by smoke, water, fire and mold. Some demo of drywall and flooring. Post construction, house cleanings and carpet cleaning.

Must have valid drivers license, be able to lift 40 pounds.

Must have transportation to and from work

Must be able to do detailed cleaning

Must be respectful of customers

Must be able to work with and without others

Must have willingness to learn

Experience in trade (contracting) a plus

knowledge of computer and apps required

Normal hours M-F 7:45 to 4:30. One weekend a month and One night a week on call required for emergency water losses. Some fill in nights upon occasion.

Opportunity for bonuses ($75.00 per emergency call out on all call night or on call weekend), Additional pay for specialty work (additional bonus pay per hr for sewage remediation work). 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. Earn up to 5 sick days per year. Ira option after 2 years.

Background check and probationary period of 2 months required.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
