Job Description
Pay Rate: $20 per hourWork Mode: Remote after trainingLocation: Warwick, RI
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls for Defined Benefits/Retirement Income Solutions.
- Assist customers with inquiries about their defined benefit annuity and account maintenance.
- Process requests related to direct deposit changes, address updates, and claims assistance.
- Provide strong customer service and convey complex topics clearly to customers.
- Work to remove roadblocks to customer requests and educate them on the correct processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Experience with Windows-based operating systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to attend 7 weeks of on-site training in Warwick, RI.
- High-speed internet connection required; must be connected via ethernet cable.
- Quiet and secure workspace free of distractions.
- Must use video during interviews and training.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am to 9pm, with flexible shift availability.
- No planned time off during training and nesting period (December 8, 2025, to January 30, 2026).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong customer service focus and advanced skills to avoid escalations.
- Ability to convey complex topics to clientele effectively.
