Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all insurance products, promotions, and policy changes to offer accurate information to clients.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads provided by the company, ensuring a high conversion rate through consistent and professional communication.
Database Management: Accurately record client interactions and sales processes using the companys CRM system.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations and company policies.
RequirementsLicensing: Must possess an active Allstate Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
