Job Description
NO CORP TO CORP ONLY W2 Seeking an experienced AI Architect for Testing to lead enterprise AI and Generative AI initiatives within Quality Engineering and Software Testing environments. This role focuses on AI-driven QA transformation, automation modernization, and enterprise testing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI strategy and testing transformation initiatives
- Design AI-powered testing solutions including:
- Test case generation
- Defect prediction
- Root cause analysis
- Intelligent regression testing
- AI-assisted automation workflows
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD and QA processes
- Develop scalable AI-enabled testing frameworks
- Partner with QA, DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams
Required Skills
- 10+ years in QA Automation, Quality Engineering, or Test Architecture
- 3+ years of hands-on AI / Generative AI experience
- Experience with:
- LLMs
- NLP
- Machine Learning
- Prompt Engineering
- Enterprise AI implementations
