Role Overview
- Set AppointmentsConnect with prospective clients and schedule consultations to discuss their financial and insurance needs
- Provide Customized SolutionsPresent life and health insurance options tailored to each client’s goals
- Deliver Exceptional ServiceSupport clients throughout the process, including policy updates and ongoing assistance
- Build Your Client BaseFollow up with leads, develop relationships, and grow long-term client connections
Compensation & Earnings
Commission+ BonusesUnlimited earning potential—first-year representatives typically earn $60,000–$100,000+, based on performance.
Residual IncomeEarn ongoing renewals. After 10 years, you are fully vested, creating long-term passive income.
Weekly PayCommissions are paid every Friday via direct deposit.
Training & Support
Comprehensive Training ProgramStart with live Zoom training led by top industry leaders. Pre-licensing training is provided (approx. $200 for course and exam).
Flexible ScheduleTraining lasts 2–4 weeks. Afterward, set your own hours and work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Basic Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills (phone and virtual presentations)
- Ability to pass a background check and complete fingerprinting
- Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license (guidance provided)
