AO Globe Life is hiring professionals to support veterans and their families as they explore supplemental benefit options. In this role, you will meet virtually with individuals who have requested information—guiding them through their choices with clarity, respect, and professionalism. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting.

Your Day-to-Day

Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
Clearly explain available supplemental benefit options
Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing follow-up support
Maintain accurate documentation using cloud-based systems
Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
