Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options

• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity

• Maintain accurate and organized digital client records

• Provide exceptional client service and timely follow-up

• Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship development

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

• Confident on video and familiar with virtual communication tools

• Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work

• Customer service or client-facing experience preferred but not required

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam
