What You'll Do

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will:

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and other online platforms
• Educate families on available supplemental benefits and coverage options
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support
• Build strong client relationships through professionalism and trust
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Participate in training, mentorship, and team development programs
