Job Description

AO Globe Life is actively hiring motivated professionals to join our mission-driven, fully remote team. This opportunity is ideal for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, communications, or individuals seeking a people-focused career with strong professional growth potential.

We provide hands-on training, pre-qualified client appointments, and structured mentorship designed to help you succeed while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Guide individuals and families through personalized coverage options and the enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate and organized digital records of client interactions

  • Deliver excellent service and timely follow-up to support client satisfaction

  • Participate in regular team training, development programs, and mentorship sessions

  • Build long-term client relationships that support both their needs and your professional growth

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Confident using video communication platforms and digital tools

  • Passion for helping others and contributing to purpose-driven work

  • Customer service, sales, or client support experience is helpful but not required

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam
