AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Customer Service Account Consultants to meet virtually with individuals and families who are already connected with our organization. Instead of prospecting for leads, you will focus on scheduled consultations where you provide guidance on benefit programs that help protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Understand client needs and explain available benefit options
Guide individuals and families through the application and onboarding process
Provide clear answers to client questions and offer ongoing support
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
Collaborate with peers and mentors to improve performance and service delivery
