Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company in Minnesota based in a call center where you will be handling high volume inbound and outbound calls via chat, email, and phone. We are also hiring for a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Rep for this role! Please see details below:What You'll Do:
- Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs (contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail or chat)
- Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
- High accountability for providing excellent customer service
- Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers
- Provide quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for the following inquiries:
- Place orders, check shipping, order research
- Check account or certificate balances or account transactions
- Returns/damage/defective claims or lost shipments
- Communicate program rules and program information to customers
- Catalog support questions
- Additional product/rules clarification
- Navigate customers through basic website technical support
- Work with suppliers
- Problem resolution through online research
- Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs (contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail, or chat)
- Must live in Minnesota
- Call Center Experience - must have made 50+ inbound and 50+ outbound calls
- Must be Bilingual- English and Spanish
- Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
- Must be able to read, speak and write in English
- High accountability for providing excellent customer service
- Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers
- Provide quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for inquiries related to orders, accounts, shipments, program rules, catalog support, technical support, supplier questions, and more
