In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who requested information about available benefits, schedule virtual consultations, and guide clients through their options with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with union members and credit union clients who requested information about available benefits
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
- Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide individuals through the enrollment process step-by-step
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Provide responsive follow-up and ongoing client support
- Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development meetings
- Build strong professional relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
