Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

Implement effective strategies to support consistent team performance
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Client Experience & Relationship Management

Support team members in navigating complex client situations
Encourage relationship-building that supports long-term client retention

Training & Continuous Improvement

Stay informed on regulatory requirements and company policies

Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
