Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter alphanumeric data from source documents into company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
• Review and validate data for errors or missing information, correcting any discrepancies found.
• Transcribe handwritten notes, PDFs, or audio recordings into clean, digital text formats (i.e. Word, Excel, Google Docs).
• Sort, organize, and store digital files logically to ensure easy retrieval by team members and clients.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and adhere to all data protection protocols (HIPAA, GDFR, company policies, etc.).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be a citizen of the United States

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates (training will be provided).
• Must have a minimum typing speed of 50-60 WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong time management, self-discipline, and the ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
