Accountabilities
- Develop and align the technology strategy roadmap with business goals.
- Lead the creation of technology roadmaps in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Translate business needs into actionable technology priorities.
- Design and implement effective operating models.
- Optimize productivity and performance metrics across functions.
- Represent the CIO in high-level meetings and governance processes.
- Manage execution of the strategic roadmap and track key deliverables.
- Oversee financial planning and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology, strategy, or operations in large organizations.
- Proven ability to develop actionable technology strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with senior executives.
- Strong understanding of health plan business functions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
