Job Description

Family Law Attorney | Schedule: Remote | Barred in WA

Our client, a respected and growing family law practice, is hiring an experienced Family Law Attorney to manage a full caseload of divorce, custody, support, and property division matters. This is a remote role with strong growth potential for an attorney who can handle contested cases independently.

What You'll Do

Manage family law cases from start to resolution
Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Handle discovery, depositions, and case strategy
Advise clients on custody, support, and property division
Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients
Communicate regularly with clients and meet court deadlines

Qualifications

J.D. and active State Bar admission
5+ years of family law experience
Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
Comfortable handling contested matters independently
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Must be barred in WA
