Job Description
- Consult & Protect: Engage in needs-based conversations with prospective clients to identify financial gaps and recommend personalized insurance plans (home, auto, life, and disability).
- Drive New Business: Your main focus is new household acquisition. While leads are provided, you'll earn the highest commission by maximizing self-generated leads and referrals.
- Hit Daily Targets: Successfully quote a minimum of 3 new households daily.
- Tech-Forward Selling: Utilize cutting-edge tools, including Salesforce CRM and virtual meeting software, to manage your pipeline and connect with clients efficiently.
- Limit Admin Work: This is a pure sales roleyou have limited to no responsibility for service, claims, or existing customer policy management.
- Activity: Consistently quote 3 new households daily.
- Results: Achieve a minimum monthly expectation of 30 new applications, with at least 2 being life insurance policies.
- Fast Ramp-Up: With our intensive training, you'll be actively quoting and earning commissions within two weeks of your start date.
- Comprehensive Training: Get trained by a top Indiana agent through a blended learning approach, including engaging videos, daily team huddles, AI tools, and one-on-one, in-the-moment coaching conversations.

- Positive Attitude, Coachable Mindset, Strong Work Ethic: These are non-negotiable character traits we value above all else.
- Licensing: You must possess or be willing to immediately obtain the Indiana Property & Casualty License and the Indiana Life & Health License. We will support the process to get you licensed.
- Experience: No minimum work experience or education is required. We hire based on drive and character.
