Every single lead you work here has already reached out asking about life insurance — through a form submission, an inbound call, or a specific request for a quote. Nobody on our team dials a list of strangers who never expressed interest. Your job starts at the point where someone already wants to have this conversation; you're there to guide it toward a decision that fits them.
Day to Day
You'll log into your queue, work through calls and Zoom sessions with people who requested information, and help them navigate coverage options across our 60+ carrier partnerships. Some calls result in a same-day close. Others need a follow-up. Either way, you're tracking your daily activity and staying consistent — the agents who do well here treat this like a real job with real production goals, not a side hustle they check in on occasionally.
How We Train You
New agents go through structured onboarding covering the basics of how life insurance products work, how to structure and run a client conversation, and how to handle common questions and objections honestly. After that, you'll have ongoing mentorship and coaching support as you build momentum and start closing consistently.
The Actual Numbers
New agents average $800 to $1,200 per policy closed. Based on typical production:
- Part-time agents: $50,000+ in year one
- Full-time agents: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one
Both ranges are uncapped — there's no ceiling built into the pay structure, and pay is issued daily/weekly with additional performance-based incentives on top for agents hitting milestones.
