Position: Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative
Location: Fully Remote (Supporting Royal Palm Beach & Jupiter, FL Offices)
License Required: Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License
Experience: 2+ years in P&C Insurance (Allstate experience preferred but not required)

Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Total Compensation: $50,000 $65,000 (base + bonuses)
- Base Salary: $45,000 $55,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: $5,000 $10,000 annually
- Higher earning potential for experienced representatives
This is a service-focused role with limited sales expectations.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and support to policyholders
- Handle client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up to date with insurance products and agency processes
- Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License (required)
- More than 2+ years of insurance or customer service experience or has Allstate CSR experience is preferred
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
