LICENSED P&C AGENTS! We are seeking motivated and dedicated Insurance Agents to join our team - Remotely! The ideal candidate must possess strong sales skills and a passion for helping others. We enjoy a fast-paced, competitive and lively office environment. We believe in having fun. We hold each other accountable. YOU MUST HAVE A PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED.
Salary Range: $55000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process
- Ensure accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies in the agency's database
- Uphold the agency's reputation in front of clients and expect great things from your coworkers behind the scenes.
- Humble and coachable attitude - open to constructive criticism
- Honest and high integrity.
- Comfortable with remote office environment and daily teammate interaction via video calls
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Bonus points if you speak a second language fluently!
