We're seeking a driven and disciplined Remote Insurance Sales Representative to generate new business, manage a consistent pipeline, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. This fully remote role is designed for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, takes ownership of results, and is confident in guiding conversations from initial contact through close. You will work with warm leads and structured processes, allowing you to focus on activity, conversion, and building long-term client relationships.
- First-year earnings of $60,000-$80,000
- Warm leads provided to support consistent sales activity

Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities including warm leads, referrals, and follow-ups
- Conduct structured conversations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Prepare and present quotes clearly, helping clients make informed decisions
- Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the pipeline and close business
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
- Track activity, pipeline, and client interactions accurately within agency systems
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Prior sales experience with a track record of hitting goals
- Confidence in leading conversations and asking for the sale
- High level of self-motivation and accountability
- Comfortable working both inbound and outbound opportunities
- Coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve
