Base Salary of $35,000 + (depending on experience) plus commissions with first-year earnings between $70,000 and $90,000+

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new insurance sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Present and close insurance policies across property, casualty, and life lines
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional follow-up and service
Provide occasional support for customer service inquiries and policy changes
Contribute to agency growth goals through consistent sales activity and teamwork

Requirements

Valid Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one
Prior insurance sales experience with a proven track record
Strong prospecting and closing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable to individual results
Confident communicator who is engaging, organized, and reliable
