Overview
Job Description
- Lead and manage multiple DoD software development projects simultaneously.
- Develop, maintain, and update Program/Project Management documentation including: Project Management Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Risk Management plans, Integrated Master Schedules, meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
- Apply Agile Framework methodologies, including user story development, backlog management, sprint execution, prioritization and adaptive planning to accommodate evolving requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate activities of cross-functional project team members, including software developers, engineers, and support personnel.
- Utilize ServiceNow to support project tracking, workflow management task assignments and reporting.
- Review and approve project deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DoD standards and contractual requirements.
- Required Secret Clearance
- Bachelor Degree in Program/Project Management, Business Management or related discipline and 5 years of experience or 10 years without degree.
- Active PMP certification required and 5 years of expereince or 10 years without PMP
- 5 years of demonstrate program/project management experience.
- 5 years of both DOD and DOD software Development experience required
- 2 years minimum experience utilizing ServiceNow
- SCRUM Master Certification
- Experience with additional Agile scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS
- Experience supporting enterprise-level DoD IT modernization initiatives.
- Familiar with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and software development goverance frameworks.
- ServiceNow
- Agile Project Management tools (e.g Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaboration tools ( Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint)
