Job Title: Remote IT Technician 100% Remote USA

Location: 100% Remote Anywhere in the USA

Job Type: Contract / Full-Time

Shift: 1st Shift Monday Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a Remote IT Technician to provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking while delivering excellent customer service in a remote support environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools.

Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, printer, VPN, and network issues.

Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software.

Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory/Azure AD.

Document incidents and resolutions using an IT ticketing system.

Escalate complex technical issues as needed.

Deliver timely, professional customer support while meeting SLA targets.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support experience.

Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD.

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Experience using remote support and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Zendesk, etc.).

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
