We are seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly assist our valued clients and contribute to our goal of providing unparalleled customer satisfaction with cross-selling and up-selling requirements. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the face of our company, helping to resolve inquiries, process requests, and foster strong client relationships.
Base salary of $40,000 - $55,000 based on experience with additional bonus and commission opportunities ranging from $5,000 to $15,000

Responsibilities- Policyholder Assistance: Provide prompt and attentive assistance to policyholders, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with clarity and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty to Davis Financial & Insurance Group.
- Document Management: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, maintaining precise records in our system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's insurance offerings to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Communication: Participate in continuous communication within the team to share insights and improve customer engagement strategies.
- Customer Retention: Work proactively on strategies to retain existing customers through personalized attention and exceptional service.
- *1+ years of Allstate insurance experience is required to work remote
OR
- *2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience is required to work remote
- Strong active listening skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Adept at using computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively.
