Exceed new business goals and production targets.
Generate new business through outreach and networking.
Utilize networking skills to generate new leads and opportunities.
Build strong client relationships, even from a cold start.

Requirements

Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
3-5 years of previous experience in the insurance industry (required).
Previous sales experience.
Allstate experience (preferred).
Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships.
