We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable licensed team member to support our well established agency in a fully remote part time role.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced State Farm professional who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. The position supports both service and light sales functions while helping maintain the high level of customer experience our agency is known for.
Flexible scheduling is available between 10 and 20 hours weekly, with additional hours available periodically to assist with vacation coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders
Process payments and assist with policy service needs
Handle BOD tasks including past due follow up
Provide claim concierge support to clients
Assist with policy updates and endorsements
Maintain accurate records and updates in ECRM
Support retention and some sales activities when appropriate
Ensure timely follow up and strong customer communication
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of actual State Farm agency experience required
Active California Property and Casualty license required
Active California Life license required
Full working knowledge of State Farm ECRM required
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Excellent communication and customer service ability
Highly dependable and able to work independently in a remote setting
Additional licensing in Arizona, Nevada, or Oregon is a plus
