Job Description
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our Allstate agency. This role is responsible for helping individuals and families protect what matters most by identifying coverage needs, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and building long-term relationships grounded in trust and service.
The ideal candidate combines consultative sales ability with a genuine commitment to educating clients on financial protection strategies. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to proactively generate and convert opportunities.
Salary Range: $65000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Utilize prospecting efforts with 20,000 P&C clients , develop, and maintain a pipeline of life insurance opportunities through referrals, outbound outreach, cross-selling to existing clients, and internal Warm Live Transfers.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to assess clients financial goals, family situations, and risk exposure
- Present and recommend appropriate life insurance products (term, whole, universal life, etc.)
- Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and long-term value
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close sales
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with Allstate and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the agency team to maximize retention and account rounding opportunities
- Life and Health Insurance License (required).
- Proven success in sales experience - no less than 6 months, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- A genuine desire to help others secure their financial future.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
- Comfortable using technology for prospecting, follow-up, client interactions and record-keeping.
