Remote Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a talented Remote Litigation Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal
Conduct legal research and provide advice and guidance on legal matters
Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements
Represent clients in court and before government agencies
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve the best legal outcomes

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in litigation and trial work
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
