Job DetailsResponsibilities

Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations
Develop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys
Work with medical experts, investigators, and retained experts
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
