Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines including logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Design marketing materials for digital and print media such as website graphics, social media assets, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into impactful visuals.
- Conceptualize original design ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage multiple design projects ensuring quality and project deadlines are met.
- Present and refine creative ideas based on stakeholder feedback.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep the brand’s output innovative.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
