Accountabilities
- Own landing page design and conversion across paid and organic acquisition, testing and improving conversion weekly.
- Enhance core website experiences beyond landing pages, focusing on homepage, product pages, and navigation.
- Design and create paid ad creative for platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Develop lifecycle and campaign assets to drive activation while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track performance metrics to measure effectiveness and drive iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Product Marketing, and Content teams as a creative partner.
- Raise the creative bar and contribute to the creative direction of marketing outputs.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing design, preferably in a SaaS or PLG environment.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design work, including landing pages and ad creatives.
- Strong understanding of data-driven design principles and marketing performance metrics.
- Fast-paced work ethic with a bias for action and the ability to execute designs rapidly.
- Ability to create and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools to improve workflow efficiency.
