Pay Range:: $50.00/hour –$58.00/Hour on W2 (USD) All inclusive Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9: 30 AM to 6: 00 PM (local time), plus occasional weekends. Training is Mon-Fri, 8Description: Monday-Friday 9: 30am-6pm local time zone Training schedule –5 weeks starting 11/09/2026, Monday through Friday, 8: 00 AM to 4: 30 PM CT Call Center: They need a pharmacist license in their state of residence.*Must list internet speed test on the resume - www.Speedtest.Net*Must have active license listed on the Resume as well Direct to Work from Home (Fully remote) The basic function of the pharmacist is Review and complete criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure. 2 years of expDuties This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills. Will be responsible for: Reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.Experience Previous pharmacy experience in PBM or Prior Authorization. Appropriate state license required. Basic computer skills required. Strong organizational skill, interpersonal skills and detail orientation important for this position.Position Summary This position is responsible for reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.Education Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. Required with at least two years experience as a pharmacist.
