Job Description
North Star Heritage Group is seeking an experienced Outbound Insurance Sales Professional to join our fully remote team. This role is built for proven producers who are comfortable initiating conversations, building trust quickly, and converting outbound opportunities into long term client relationships.
Success in this position requires strong personal accountability, consistency, and a genuine client first mindset. You will be responsible for managing your own activity, following a defined sales process, and owning your results while working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calling and structured follow up
- Engage prospects using a consultative and client focused sales approach
- Consistently follow North Star Heritage Groups sales process
- Accurately assess risk and underwrite property and casualty insurance policies
- Maintain an organized pipeline and activity cadence in the CRM
- Ensure all applications and documentation are completed accurately and compliantly
- Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and carrier requirements
- Take full ownership of personal performance, activity, and outcomes

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Prior outbound insurance sales experience required
- Proven ability to prospect, overcome objections, and close business
- Strong verbal communication and relationship building skills
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment
- High level of organization, follow through, and accountability
