Salary Range: $85000.00 - $175000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospects over the phone to discuss their property and casualty insurance needs.
- Advise clients on appropriate coverage options to help protect what matters most.
- Present tailored insurance solutions and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support ongoing coverage needs.
- Contribute to sales growth while developing a long-term career
- Must have your Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Some college experience preferred, but not required
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve high earning potential
- Professional demeanor with a strong desire to grow and succeed in a supportive environment
