Job Title: Remote Personal Injury Paralegal
Job Description:
- Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents and pleadings related to personal injury cases.
- Conduct legal research and investigation to support case preparation.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information.
- Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, court hearings, and depositions.
- Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, time tracking, and maintaining client communication.
- Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality rules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
- Knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and electronic filing systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
- Certification from an accredited paralegal program is a plus.
